[05/16/20] I just wanted to say how nice it was to see our customers again. We truly missed you. We are catching up with our DMs. If we weren’t able to reply to you right away, please don’t hesitate to call. If the line is busy make sure to try again. We are trying our best to accommodate everyone while still maintaining a safe environment. Thank you all for your patience

[05/11/20] Due to an overwhelming response to opening on 15 May, in keeping with Department of Health recommendations to limit the number of customers congregating, we will be open by appointment only. Appointment scheduling will also give us time to sanitize work stations between customers. Walk ins will be asked to call/schedule an appointment.

We also ask that customers wear face coverings and restrict admission to customers only (exception given to caregivers). When you arrive, please sign in and notify us that you have arrived for your appointment. If your technician is running behind, we apologize and are doing our best to accommodate everyone. You may be asked to wait in your car until you slot is vacant

Thank you for your understanding during this time. We hope that it will be temporary, but it is important to ensure the health and safety of our customers and employees.

Over the last several weeks, we have been following the guidelines and procedures outlined by the CDC, WHO and regulatory agencies in addition to taking extra steps to provide a safe and welcoming environment for all Guests. As details continue to evolve, we want to share additional safety measures we have put in place to protect the health and safety of our Magic Nails family, our Guests and our communities:
• We are conducting regular and frequent disinfecting of high-touch areas in our venues (including tables, chairs, and countertops).
• We are supplying hand sanitizer throughout our Shop.
• We are reinforcing illness prevention procedures with all Technicians as recommended by the medical community, including frequent handwashing, avoiding contact with your eyes, nose or mouth with unwashed hands, and avoiding close contact with people who are sick.
• We are instructing Associates who are exhibiting symptoms of illness to stay home or seek care from a medical provider when necessary.
