If you choose to voluntarily provide proof of work clearance, such as consecutive negative tests, we will make a determination on a case-by-case basis. We ask for honesty and transparency from our clients, and we will provide the same to you. We hope you can understand our need to provide as safe an environment as possible so that we may remain open to serve as many of our clients as possible. Just a reminder that per Governor DeWine's order, ALL clients MUST be wearing a mask to enter. We cannot afford to be shut down and therefore will not serve anyone who is not wearing a mask. Thank you!
